Born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Cailyn moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue a career as a professional dancer.  Since her move she has trained and worked at world-renowned dance studios: Edge Performing Arts Center and Movement Lifestyle. 

 

While specializing in contemporary, Cailyn has trained rigorously in a variety of styles. Her own unique movement is characterized by a blend of techniques learned throughout her training: strong character work, emotional vulnerability, and use of lines, shapes and musicality. 

 

Throughout her time in LA, she has been mentored by artists such as Dana Foglia and Rafael Quintas. Cailyn has had the opportunity to perform on stages across the world, including the Ellen Show, Billboard Awards, MAC Cosmetics Tour and Rolls Royce China Show.
